DIY Gift: Jewelry Dish
Another easy and inexpensive gift idea - a jewelry dish. This gift is perfect for anyone! This dish can hold earrings, rings, bracelets, etc. on someone's beside table or desk. Supplies you need:
- small glass bowls, bought from Dollar Tree - mine came in a pack of four
- Sharpie paint pens (they need to be oil based), bought from Hobby Lobby
- nail polish remover
- cotton pads
Step One: Unpackage the bowls and the pens. You will need to test the pens on a scrap piece of paper so the paint comes through the point - ready for use.
Step Two: Draw your designs on the bowl. Draw as much or as little as you would like. It is totally up to you. However, if you do mess up, nail polish remover does the trick. Just make sure to wipe the surface afterward with water and dry with a paper towel to clean the glass. See below for my designs!
Super simple and easy gift! I have made similar presents in the past that my friends have loved and use every day!
